PRODUCT WARRANTY

1 - CHEMICAL PRODUCTS GUARANTEE:
All chemical products offered by our company have a 1-year warranty and under the following conditions:
a) Present invoice or proof of purchase.
b) Having kept the containers closed, properly preserved in a cool place and away from heat sources such as the sun.
c) The items must be returned as received with their packaging label, container, etc.
Sanmarino reserves the right to refuse the refund of an item with signs of having been used, damaged or tampered with.

2 - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS GUARANTEE:
For physical products, the temporary warranty period will be determined based on the item in question.
If you want to know the warranty period for a physical product, contact us directly.

RETURN POLICY

- Sanmarino allows the exchange or return of all its products within 30 days of receiving them.
- The amount of the refund will be the same amount as the order including shipping costs.
- The cost of the return will be borne by the buyer.
- Items must be returned as received, with their packaging label, container, etc.
- Sanmarino reserves the right to deny the refund of an item with signs of having been used, damaged or tampered with.
- Once the merchandise has been received and reviewed and the indicated conditions are met, the amount paid will be returned with the same payment method made in the purchase and within a maximum period of 5 business days.
